Want to check the status of your delivery? You can easily track your order using the details from your confirmation email.

Where to find your tracking number

  • Your tracking number is sent in your order confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • You can also log into your account (My Account → Orders) to view your tracking details.

At the moment, we work with well-known UK couriers. Use the links below to check your order status:

If your tracking number starts with R it’s usually Royal Mail. If it starts with H or P, it may be handled by Evri. Don’t worry — this information will be clearly stated in your dispatch email.
