We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
1. Email us at info@suzimoo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible.
4. Return the parcel using a tracked delivery service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know when you request your return. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal use items (such as cosmetics, skincare, or other products that cannot be resold once opened or used), unless they are faulty.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
